Maandag 13 januari is het 2000ste woningproject Lapis Lazuli gestart op Volgjewoning! Reden om M.J. de Nijs, ontwikkelaar van het gebouw in het zonnetje te zetten. Onno van Denzen van M.J. de Nijs nam de taart in ontvangst uit handen van Hanneke Diephuis van Sense Vastgoed.
Lapis Lazuli wordt gebouwd in Heerhugowaard en bestaat uit 207 woningen en een aantal commerciële ruimten. Sense Vastgoed verzorgt de verkoop en begeleiding van de 94 koopappartementen.
