Invoices from an external program can be placed directly in the desired location on MyBuildAssist with the mailbox integration. The client receives a notification of this. The same applies to other documents that you would normally have to download in a different environment and then upload to MyBuildAssist. With the mailbox integration, everything remains manageable within the same environment. This ensures that all information is consolidated and quality is maintained.
For each dossier, an email address is automatically generated for the client. If you send a file to home X? Then it automatically goes into the dossier. Naturally, not just anyone can create a link for the dossier. That is only managed by the project manager.
